an adoption program for
stray and abandoned animals
and serves as a pound for
animals picked up off the

The nonprofit Outer Banks
Spay-Neuter Fund offers
financial assistance for
people who can't afford to
keep their pets from
reproducing and operates a
cat shelter for stray,
abandoned or injured cats.
